We always recommend that you book well in advance. You can then be sure that the bike you want is in stock on the desired dates.
There are no rates for half-day or day rides. The bikes are only rented out for whole days.
This is only possible after approval by Fietsverhuur Dousberg.
In your storage space and in Maastricht in the designated guarded bicycle parking areas: Markt 36-A, Kesselskade and Maastricht Central Station.
The bikes' batteries are fully charged.
The hirer is at all times fully responsible for the bicycle. This includes damage and theft.

This is only possible within our opening hours, from 10 a.m. onwards.
The rates indicated on our website are for a continuous period. From 3 days onwards you will benefit from a discount. For single days, a new rental period starts each time.
We only have unisex (low entry) models for adults. Men fit all women's models, but women do not fit all men's models. This way, everyone fits on a bike.

We always try to help, but this is not always possible. We can provide a tyre repair kit free of charge.
All costs related to the use of the bicycle(s) shall be borne by the Hirer.
The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the start.
The next morning between 09.00 and 09.30.
It is possible to rent up to 14 days via the reservation system. For a longer period we ask you to contact us.
One child in one of our child seats with a maximum weight of 25 kg (23 kg on an electric bike) is allowed.
A deposit must always be paid for the rented bicycle(s).
You can collect the spare key from us.
The cost of a new key is €15.
This is possible if available. Any additional costs will be charged.
This is NOT possible. The bicycle(s) must be returned to Fietsverhuur Dousberg.
Returning the bike(s) early does not entitle you to a refund.
Only on the designated paved cycle paths. The bicycles may not be used on unpaved paths.
The bikes are not insured as standard. This is optional when picking up the bikes.
